Silvia Gribaudi, in collaboration with Francesco Dalmasso as assistant choreographer, creates on stage a practice configured as a physical training to open spaces inside and outside the body. A choreographic form that does not seek unison, but a gesture that generates relation. Differences become shared material — an exercise in coexistence, a training in being together without erasing individual singularities. The musical dramaturgy is built primarily around female vocal sonorities, which become the sonic matrix and living substance of the entire composition. Matteo Franceschini’s music creates a polyphonic, ritual, almost shamanic soundscape in which repetition becomes trance, resistance, a process of transformation. Luca Serafini’s lighting designs mobile territories, crossings, zones of power and intimacy. The costumes by Ettore Lombardi underscore the complicity of the working group, giving space to the personality of each body. The colour black becomes a shared environment that holds differences, postures and characters. In AMAZZONI, Silvia Gribaudi’s poetics traverses the sacred, the profane and the human.
