Studi per M is a choreographic project that explores the relationship between places and the human figure, expanding our sensitivity to spaces, landscapes, and everything that surrounds and welcomes the body. Within the body, it activates a process that connects seemingly separate spatial and temporal dimensions.
It is like searching for the point where choreographic artifice and the concreteness of reality converge to create a third dimension – an encounter that overflows its boundaries.
It is about crafting a pure choreographic path and opening it up to the spatiality of the real, starting from the body as a unifying and transgressive element.
Studi per M seeks to open up matter and observe its interior, to gather and stitch together fragments of reality, to experience dance as a tool that comes closest to the unspoken—what bodies emanate and places conceal.
This is the process of Studi per M: a preliminary writing, a collection of signs and glimmers born from the perception of the world, the sensitivity of the body, and an obsession with dance.
