ARG

A man gets a tattoo of the buttocks of the person he loves, and this begins to obsess him to the point where he wants to become her. Love erases and reconstructs image and identity through the power of needle and ink. Art appears as both betrayal and wound. What was lost resurfaces, piece by piece, and is rebuilt. If I am like you, I have you; you are trapped within me, the two of us fused, merged, confused.

Bio

He was born in 1984 in Vicente López, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. He currently lives and works in the city of Buenos Aires. He has worked as a director, performer, actor, playwright, documentary filmmaker, and teacher on various projects. He graduated from the Buenos Aires School of Dramatic Arts as an actor, from the University of Buenos Aires as a playwright, and from the University of San Martín as a documentary filmmaker. He studied with Mauricio Kartún, Javier Daulte, Ciro Zorzoli, Ricardo Bartis, Marina de Caro, and Eugenia Estevez, among others. His work emerges through the exploration and fusion of various disciplines, including theater, set design, film, writing, drawing, ceramics, and documentary filmmaking. From there, he builds his work by creating bridges between the different arts. He has received institutional support, co-productions, awards, and grants from public organizations such as FNA, Proteatro, Mecenazgo, INT, the Recoleta Cultural Center, and the Brújula al Sur Festival (Colombia), among others. In 2013 and 2017, he won the awards for Best Director and Best Actor at the Buenos Aires Young Artists Biennial. In 2024, he received the Teatro del Mundo Awards in playwriting for La gravedad de las burbujas and the Funámbulos Award for La gravedad de las burbujas.
